I'm Justin Bishay! I graduated from the the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Spring of 2019 with a BS in Computer Science and again in Fall of 2021 with an MS in Computer Science.
I am a passionate gamer and have enjoyed playing various titles and genres of video games ever since I was a child. Now, I work as a professionally as a game developer at Bungie where I am a client-side software engineer.
Prior to my professional career, I had the opportunity to work on game design, virtual and augmented reality, and data visualization projects when I was a Research Assistant for the
Laboratory of Advanced Visualization and Applications (LAVA).
Outside of the world of technology, I used to work as a high school coach for cross-country and track and field at my former high school, Mid-Pacific Institute. I also volunteer as a Collegiate Esports team manager at the University of Hawaii, and I spend some time helping to organize and run some local Esports tournaments. I enjoy playing the guitar as a hobby as well.
